Junior Event Executive

Position available: 2
Type: Full-Time
Department: Operation
Location: Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur

Requirements

  • Possess minimum Degree
  • Must be able to read, write and conversant in English (Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is a plus point)
  • Must be ambitious, show great initiative to learn yet also a strong team player
  • Must be comfortable working with short deadlines, long hours (sometimes weekends & public holidays) and demanding clients
  • Must be a competent computer user (Google Suite, Excel Sheet)
  • Will be of a great asset if have some HTML, CSS basics
  • Those that have secretarial / events background is also encouraged to apply
  • We hire attitude, not skills

Responsobilities

  • Work with clients and team members to organize physical or e-conferences and e-exhibitions
  • Work is pretty variet -  entails planning, coordinating, negotiating, onsite front-of-house and management
  • Work together Project Managers and Functional Managers
  • Reports to Operations Director

Junior Finance Executive

  • Must be able to complete a full set of accounts (please expect a test)
  • Must be able to read, write and conversant in English (Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is a plus point)

Designer

Position available: 2

Department: Operation
Location: Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur

Job Description

The speedy designer concludes the entire process of defining requirements, visualising and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, programme books, events collateral, exhibitions and more.

Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work fast as part of a team, we’d like to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Production of Business Events Collaterals and Content
    • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
    • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
    • Develop illustrations, logos and other designs
    • Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
    • Work with Manager/Team to produce final design
    • Test graphics across various media
    • Amend designs after feedback
    • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
       
  2. Attend client meeting as and when necessary
  3. Perform task per instructed by direct superior
  4. Assist on daily events operation
